I completed a module, quiz & evaluation form and I do not see the credit letters in my profile?

You must answer 8 of the 10 questions correctly to receive the credit letter.      In your Profile … click on the “View Quiz Scores” to see your score for that module. If you did not pass you can take the quiz again. There is a “reference” on each question to provide additional information.

How can I print or download my credit letter?

In your profile … click on the credit letter and then the printer or download icon. You can use your printer application to print or save the credit letter. The credit letters remain in your profile for future reference or printing. You may need to use your MAC or PC to print or save your credit letter.

“I’m seeing the same content over and over or the content doesn’t seem to navigate well”

If you have technical problems, the best way to begin troubleshooting is to clear your browser’s cache and history. On a Windows system, press the buttons marked “Ctrl” and “Shift” and “Del” at the same time. This should bring up a menu to clear out your data. On a Macintosh system, press “Command” and “Shift” and “Delete.” If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
