To receive continuing education credits, you will need to successfully complete the course components. quiz and evaluation. To do this, follow all the directions listed below.

Proceed to the Registration link on the HOME page to provide your information and create your login and password.

After you have logged in you can select the “Go to Introduction” link or a specific Module course on the HOME page.

When you see the Course Progress list you will need to follow the instructions on that page. Start be selecting the “Objectives” and then “Mark Complete” after each component to proceed.

Once you complete the case studies. discussions, and the quiz the evaluation will become available in the Course Progress menu. Complete the evaluation and submit answers. A passing grade of 80% is required.

If you do not complete 8 of 10 questions correctly you will have an opportunity to take the quiz again multiple times. There are reference links on each question back to the slides that has the answer to the question.

When you pass the quiz your credit letter will become available for you to download. A copy of this credit letter will always be available to you at your My Profile.

There are no fees for participating in or receiving credit for this online educational activity. For information on applicability and acceptance of continuing education credit for this activity, please consult your professional licensing board. The activity is available to complete at your convenience through the dates specified. Credit will not be given after this date.

This activity is designed to be completed within the time designated; learners should claim only those credits that reflect the time actually spent in the activity.

If you do not wish to receive credit, you may review the material, but you are not required to complete the evaluation.
